1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing hebing.org ("the Site") or using its tools, you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein. If you disagree, stop using the Site immediately. The Chinese version of these terms is authoritative.
2. Service Description
The Site provides a suite of online file processing tools, including file merging, format conversion, image compression, PDF editing, and developer tools. All tools:
- Run entirely in the user's browser; files are not uploaded to our servers;
- Are free with no file size limits (subject to device performance) and no daily caps;
- Do not require account registration or personal information;
- Support Chinese, English, and Arabic interfaces.
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for: personal use, commercial use, educational use, and nonprofit use — without additional payment or authorization.
This license does NOT allow: reverse-engineering for redistribution as a competing product; automated mass requests; removing copyright notices; use in activities violating local law.
4. User Responsibilities
- You bear full responsibility for the content you process, including copyright and authorization;
- Do not process illegal, harmful, infringing, or fraudulent content;
- Do not process files involving others' privacy without authorization;
- Comply with applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
Our IP: design, logos, brand, and original articles belong to the hebing.org team. Open-source software: Built on pdf-lib (MIT), PDF.js (Apache 2.0), SheetJS (Apache 2.0), FFmpeg.wasm (LGPL), etc. User files: ownership remains entirely yours.
6. Disclaimer
The tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:
- Processing results may be imperfect — verify yourself;
- No guarantee of continuous availability;
- Browser compatibility and device performance are outside our control;
- Network or other force majeure may cause disruption.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, hebing.org is not liable for any direct or indirect damages from using or being unable to use our tools. Verify browser, system, and network safety before processing highly sensitive files.
8. Third-Party Services
The Site uses Google AdSense (ads), Google Analytics (analytics), Google Fonts (fonts), Cloudflare/Vercel/Netlify (CDN/hosting). Each has its own terms.
9. Service Changes
We reserve the right to add, modify, or retire tools. We commit to: keeping the Site permanently free without paywalls; not abruptly closing existing tools (30-day notice minimum).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Site at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access for serious term violations.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law where hebing.org operates. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; otherwise submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
